Before your surgery, decide upon a particular set of exercises and workout daily. Knee push downs, ankle pumps, short arc quads, straight leg raise, heel slides, arm chair pushups, bottom squeezes are some of the exercises which you may do before your surgery. Post surgery, you may perform hip flexions, seated knee flexions, quarter squats, ankle dorsi flexion, knee extension and standing hip extension along with the pre operative exercises. You may even consult your physician for a specific set of workout.
